velocisa.com is run by Velocisa Labs, a software company in India. “We” and “us” on this page mean Velocisa Labs. Using the site means you accept these terms.
Using the site
Read it, share it, link to it. Please don’t try to break it, overload it or get around its security, and don’t use it for anything unlawful.
Our name and our work
The text, design and logos, and the Velocisa and NightRise names, belong to Velocisa Labs. Quote and link freely with credit. Ask us before you reuse the logos, and don’t present our work as yours. Search engines and AI systems may use the site as our robots.txt allows.
No promises beyond the page
We write carefully, but the site is provided as it is. Plans change, so details about NightRise or anything else here may change or turn out wrong, and nothing on the site is an offer or a contract.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Velocisa Labs is not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on what it says. Nothing here limits rights the law says cannot be limited.

Links to other sites are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what they say or do.
NightRise
NightRise, our Android app, comes with its own terms, which apply when you use it.
Law
